Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Registered Nurse who is well versed in Pediatric Specialty Care who can assess, evaluate and develop nursing plans based on medical diagnosis and physician treatment plans for any of our 8 specialty pediatric clinics. This position will be primarily in our Cardiology clinic assisting with the care of children with acute and congenital cardiology conditions. In this role the candidate will assist with office visits ensuring all appropriate documentation accompanies patient to exam rooms; take pertinent medical history with entry into Electronic Medical Records (EMR) perform EKG's, placement of Holter monitors, telephone triage of patient/family needs as well as the education of patients/families on appropriate diseases/conditions.
