JOB SUMMARYThe Psychometrist 2 performs a variety of duties involved in administering and scoring patient psychological and neuropsychological tests, under the directions of a psychologist and in accordance with established policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEAdministers and scores personal neuropsychological tests following standardized administration procedures. These tests measure clinical factors, such as cognitive functioning, presence of organic involvement, personality assessment, psychopathology and aid in differential diagnosis. Records behavioral observations during the test session while establishing and maintaining rapport, eliciting optimum performance and minimizing factors that could
