Social Worker - Outpatient Clinic
The Master of Social Work (MSW) will provide comprehensive psychosocial services to patients within our ambulatory care setting. The involves addressing patients' psychosocial needs and enhancing their overall well-being. The social Worker will play a crucial part in facilitating the adjustment of patients and their families to illness, ensuring optimal functioning for both individuals and families. The Social Worker will be expected to excel in the following: Psychosocial Support: Offer compassionate and evidence-based psychosocial support to children with various diagnoses, including but not limited to medical illness, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders.
