Clinical Pharmacist - OP PRN
Position SummaryThis position oversees the daily activities of the medication management processes in outpatient pharmacy services and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Children’s. Clinical Pharmacists ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. This position reports directly to the Manager of Outpatient Pharmacy Services for daily staffing, operations duties, and annual evaluation. The position receives supervision from the Clinical Pharmacist Lead, and is professionally accountable to the Director of Outpatient Pharmacy and the Chief of Pharmacy Services.
