JOB SUMMARY: The Nurse Clinician III (Competent Specialist) has experience, knowledge, and skills necessary to meet standards for professional practice specified in Texas Nursing Practice Act and by Harris Health Nursing Service. Practice patterns of Competent Specialist are characterized by clinical leadership, the application of standards, principles, and algorithms to clinical situations.
