Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join our newly developed Advanced Delivery Program at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware, in Wilmington.

This established practice features up-to-date equipment and reporting software, 2 full-time MFM physicians, fetal echo certified sonographers, a certified genetic counselor, and a perinatal nurse coordinator to assist with arranging fetal subspecialty consultations. Additional staff will be recruited to the current complement once an additional physician is hired to provide appropriate support.

This position is consultative with a full-time in-house OB Laborist service covering deliveries. Call is consultative only and can be done by telephone or in-person depending on the need. Fetal echo experience is preferred, but not required. Procedural experience with amniocentesis and advanced interventions is expected and CVS experience is preferred, but not required. There will be opportunities for resident education with ACGME-accredited OB/GYN resident rotators from CristianaCare. The physician will be responsible for telehealth consultations and on-site coverage as determined by the department Chair to meet the needs of the patients in the Florida region.
