This Clinical Pharmacist - Facility Pain Management, Opioid Safety, and Prescription Drug Monitoring Program coordinator position is located within Pharmacy Service at the Dayton VA Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio and works independently under the Clinical Coordinator Pharmacy Service or designee. The position will support Facility Pain management and leads in the coordination of opioid safety, and prescription drug monitoring program (PDMP) related initiatives.
