Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Women's Health)
The Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) serves as a mid-level practitioner with prescribing privileges as outlined in the individual's Scope of Practice. The Women's Health PACT CPP functions at the highest level of clinical pharmacy practice to provide comprehensive medication management (CMM) in the outpatient primary care practice settings. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
