Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Manager
The CRNA Manager is a system-wide role that exists only for Inova Service Lines and is responsible for the overall management and coordination of CRNA's at Inova Loudoun Hospital and Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. Job Responsibilities Responsible for overall CRNA employed strategy and staffing within the Service Line Interviews and hires candidates for CRNA positions and ensures CRNAs within the Service Line have appropriate and current practice agreements in place Provides coaching for CRNAs within the Service Line Monitors APP performance and works collaboratively with HR on personnel issues Ensures yearly evaluations are appropriately accomplished and communicated in a timely manner
