DescriptionThe MCS/VAD Coordinator ( Clinical Nurse IV) will provide individualized care in the inpatient and outpatient environments under the direction and in collaboration with VAD supervising physicians. Major functions include clinical expertise to provide direct comprehensive patient care management, consultations, education, and research, inter and intradepartmental liaison, resources, and leadership for specific care populations across the healthcare continuum. Report directly to the Medical Director of the Mechanical Circulatory Support Program and Nurse Manager.
