Cook I, FT Days
The Cook I may work as a cafeteria grill cook, cafeteria deli bar cook, cooks’ helper or cold production/pantry cook. Performs a variety of tasks associated with the preparation, cooking and panning of food, primarily vegetables, starches, soups, salads and sandwiches. Preps food for future production, may serve on patient tray line, functions as “back-up” to senior cooks. Cleans work area. Provides excellent customer service.
