OverviewThis position provides basic to intermediate operator and mechanical grounds maintenance services. This position is responsible for maintaining the facility landscaping, parking areas, roadways, sidewalks, and exterior trash receptacles by operating all landscape associated equipment. Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons. Responsible for snow and dirt removal. Performs preventative and corrective maintenance for this facilities landscape, irrigation systems and grounds equipment. Operates heavy machinery, such as a mower or loaders.
