The University of Virginia s Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, led by Christopher M. Kramer, MD, is a leading center in structural valve clinical procedures and research. The department is hiring a Structural Echocardiographer to provide expert, comprehensive care through the UVA Heart and Vascular Center.

Position Details:

Provide echocardiography services for the structural team both within and outside of the structural catheterization laboratory.
Participate in general, non-invasive, cardiovascular services on inpatient and outpatient general cardiology services.
Participate in the teaching program with cardiology fellows and medical house staff
Opportunities for research that is commensurate with experience and interest are available.
Rank and tenure status will be dependent upon qualifications.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have an MD or equivalent.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine
