Responsible for assisting doctors/nursing staff in ensuring that the basic needs of each patient are met. Daily tasks might include things like feeding and cleaning the patient or monitoring vital signs and health. Principal Accountabilities: assisting patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, discharges and ROM activities assisting patients with activities of daily living performing post mortem care measuring and recording I & O performing EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring observing and reporting changes in patients' condition to the RN maintaining phlebotomy equipment and inventory and all other duties as assigned
