Summary

APP sought to provide coverage in our 18 bed emergency department, which is a level 3 trauma center and sees approximately 16,000 visits per year. Work directly alongside the attending ED physician providing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for patients across the continuum of age and acuity. In addition, the ED APP coordinates care with consultant services, recommends follow up care and facilitates referrals to various internal and external facilities. As a rural ED, critical care and coordination of care is a challenging and rewarding part of the responsibilities in our ED. Twelve hour shifts - 10 AM to 10 PM.

Full spectrum of rural emergency medicine including procedures

• AHA approved BLS & ACLS
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Experience preferred, new graduates will be considered
