The Post-Baccalaureate Registered Nurse Residency (PBRNR) Program Director is essential to the Post Baccalaureate Nurse Residency Program (PBNR) implementation, sustainment and outcomes at the Fayetteville NC VA Medical Center. The overall goal of the VA Post-Baccalaureate Nurse Residency program and responsibility of the PBRNR Program director, is to provide a structured learning environment that facilitates new graduate transition from novice to competent Registered Nurses (RN). Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
