Registered Nurse-Acute Care Assistant Nurse Manager
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a registered professional nurse leader that serves as an assistant with line authority to the unit nurse manager in providing leadership, supervision, and direction to nursing staff. The incumbent supports a working environment that is open, respectful, and promotes professional inquiry; and demonstrates dynamic leadership in providing and improving the delivery of timely nursing care. This is for 4-South Med-Surg Oncology unit within Nursing Acute Care. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
