Secretarial Duties: Including but not limited to answering phones, call bells, visitor intercom, supply inventory and ordering, restocking supplies, supply procurement, preparing and maintaining patient charts, tracking patient flow in and out of the unit, and filing as needed. Admissions/discharge and transfer function in the electronic health record. Ensuring proper labeling of all documents. Maintaining downtime forms. Comply with hospital policies and procedures.
