Patient Access Representative Lead - Admitting
DescriptionSummary:The Patient Access Representative Lead position plays an important role in guiding the team members, motivating them to stay focused and achieving various goals. The job duties will include current Patient Access Representative duties and will also include being the point of contact for information distribution, common day to day operational issues (i.e. schedule changes), resource person, authorized to take care of issues if supervisor is not available, admitting reporting (i.e. pre with charges, connance, collections, unbilled report, etc.), and attend some meetings. Responsibilities:The team leader will perform current duties as a Patient Access Rep and perform additional duties as assigned.
