Emergency Department (ED) Technician II/III
OverviewThis position provides direct patient care under the general supervision of a licensed professional at a higher scope of practice. Responsible for assisting licensed professionals with patient procedures and completing patient care tasks within scope of training. Participates in the training and orientation of Emerg Tech staff, as assigned. This position utilizes knowledge, judgment, and skills achieved through FHP-provided technical training and certifications, allowing for a wider scope of practice. Provides high quality care and an excellent patient experience.Responsibilities Performs receptionist/clerical duties to support overall operating efficiency and effective communication and flow of information throughout the department.
