This is a vibrant community with easy access to many lakes, offering no shortage of winter sports options. Here, CRNA's can work a 3 or 4-day a week schedule with very minimal call, typically less than once per month. You will see a variety of cases, no transplants. $45K Sign-on Bonus available!
