Physical Therapist, Therapy Services
OverviewThe Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services by evaluating patients, establishing and implementing effective treatment plans with functional treatment goals, providing patient education and therapeutic intervention/activity programs and educating in use of assistive devices. Position is responsible for observing, evaluating and documenting the results of treatment interventions and modifying age-appropriate treatment plan accordingly. The Option 2 Physical Therapist will work in all of the following settings of care: Acute Rehab Services (Raleigh/Cary), Rehab Hospital, Outpatient Rehab and other sites as assigned. Populations served include stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, other neurological issues, as well as post-surgical orthopedics
