DescriptionThe Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology is seeking to hire a motivated Laboratory Assistant II who will provide crucial technical support within the research laboratory. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including the maintenance of laboratory equipment, handling ordering and receiving processes, and managing inventory. In this role, you will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) in various molecular and cell biology techniques, including but not limited to cloning, sequencing, PCR, DNA/RNA purification/preparation, immunoprecipitation, agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoreses, immunoblotting, and tissue culture.
