DescriptionJob SummaryProvides department management and other users with accurate and timely financial reports (including invoice payments and project status) and responds to employee and vendor inquiries. Utilizes PeopleSoft to process invoices/pay apps, create capital and operating requisitions, reconcile vendor payment issues, and create/deliver reports.Job Specific Duties Reviews Construction Department invoices and pay apps for operational and capital expenses to ensure accurate billing against Purchase Orders.
