Job SummaryThe co-op program is an educational and clinical work experience for the high school students. The individual is responsible and accountable for performing a wide range of patient care tasks. The performance of tasks allows the care team to provide quality care.Job DutiesThe position will focus on providing patient care within a clinical scope of practice.Fulfills designated responsibilities for ongoing continuum of care (non-assessment).Identifies, observes, and documents the physical needs of the patient according to standards.Assists with patient transfer and transport as needed.Assists in problem solving, trouble shooting, and taking corrective measures in care and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
