Summary
Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE) Endocrinologist to join our collaborative team at Steele Street Medical Center in Tacoma. This hybrid role blends virtual and on-site care, with providers rotating between in-person clinic days and virtual work, including e-consults and statewide virtual call.
The team values a supportive, family-like practice with team meetings and ongoing learning opportunities through endocrine surgery conference and other virtual meetings.
The practice specializes in general endocrinology and Type 1 diabetes. A dedicated MA as well as General Endocrine and Diabetes RN support are key to coordination of care. Providers work closely with primary care to enhance patient outcomes. If you're looking to join a collaborative, high-functioning team dedicated to population health, we'd love to hear from you.
Tacoma South Medical Center is comprised of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Activity, Sports, & Exercise Medicine, The Adolescent Center, Occupational Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Social Work Services. Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology on site. Office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits
The entire salary range for the clinician position is $256,741 to $302,049 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $256,741 to $286,946 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan. Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.
