DescriptionSummary:This 36-bed Orthopedic Medical Surgical unit specializes in the care of patients ranging from Orthopedic, Spine, Neurological, Plastics, and Trauma related surgeries. This unit serves the general adult population ranging from young adult to geriatric. Located on the 6th floor, this specialty inpatient unit operates at an accelerated pace caring for post-operative patients, trauma stepdown, and patients admitted through the ED. Our care is driven by our mission and core values at CHRISTUS. The department promotes a team atmosphere with a focus on patient-centered care.
