Position Summary
Hybrid Position. Must have valid Driver’s License to do some local travel between sites.
This position supports hospital enterprise-wide network and Telecom Environment.
Education
- Bachelors in IT / related field or 5 years of Telecommunications Experience. (Required)
Experience
- Five years experience supporting and troubleshooting Cisco VoIP-specific solutions and features, performing site installations for telephony, voice mail, and call centers (Required)
- Experience with VoIP implementation in a multivendor Network Environment. (Preferred)
Certifications
- CCVP/ CCNP Current or Expired (Preferred)
- CCNA (Preferred)
- Juniper Certification (Preferred)
