Job SummaryProvides skilled services on all shifts in the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and related equipment. Responsible for electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting involved in maintenance, minor construction and remodeling projects. Performs routine equipment room checks and conducts routine preventive maintenance functions. Handles work requests and responds to emergencies on various mechanical and electrical support systems.
