Position Overview:

Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join our medical group as a cross-covering provider in the Portland metropolitan area - primarily covering the west service area (Sunset Medical Office, Beaverton Medical Office, and Tualatin Medical Office) with potential to cover additional service areas as needed.

Applicants should have experience with telehealth and digital health OR adaptability to incorporate these into practice. Applicants should also have experience with wellness care and acute visits.

Working for Northwest Permanente, our Pediatricians enjoy:
($262,725 - $317,000) - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*

• Salary: $198,540 - $225,630, pro-rated to a 0.9 FTE
• 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
• 90%+ employer paid health plan
• Paid annual education leave + $1800 annual education allowance
