Nemours is seeking a 4 month temporary associate for an entry level hybrid Health Information Management position. Provides clerical assistance with all aspects of Medical Transcription and Release of Information for Florida and Delaware. Responsibilities: 1. Reprocess and/or Investigate Fax Failures in RightFax. 2. Print and maintain the Fax Logs from the Epic applications, QlikSense Reports and as needed QlikView reports. 3. Maintains daily Fax/Mail Statistics in Excel. 4. Fax or mail patient-care documentation to community physicians in a timely manner. 5. Mail autism letters monthly to identified recipients. 6. Investigate returned mail and disseminate to corrected addressee. 7. Update Epic Provider
