Overview
The RN Informaticist will serve as the primary Clinical Information system resource for implementation and ongoing clinical support for Beebe Healthcare's EMR. Works collaboratively with all clinical departments and IS to foster understanding and translation of clinical needs to optimize the design of Clinical Information Systems. Through interviews with clinical experts, physicians, and stakeholders, gathers pertinent data to translate clinical knowledge into clinical rules, alerts, and PowerPlans/Ordersets. Analyzes current-state and future-state workflow with end-users, incorporating technology and functional requirements to achieve interoperability. Responsible for analysis, planning, development, Testing, Training and implementation of new products to support electronic medical record documentation within Beebe Healthcare. This role maximizes the potential within the clinical information systems to enhance the delivery of quality care and patient safety initiatives set forth by the mission, vision, and values of Beebe Healthcare.

Qualifications
Bachelors in Nursing Required. Three to five years of relevant clinical experience plus one to three years information systems experience preferred. Experience in data analysis and data management associated with electronic medical records management desired. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Delaware. Demonstrated teaching ability, both classroom and 1:1 Training. Articulate and Organized public speaker.
