Nemours is seeking a Director, Security/Safety to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, Delaware. The Public Safety Director will have direct responsibility for the daily operation of the Public Safety Department at Nemours Children's Hospital - Delaware with direct supervision of the Public Safety Team to include all Constables, Couriers and Shuttle Driver. The Public Safety Director will ensure proper security coverage daily as well as during special events and emergent situations and will maintain relationships with contract security providers in the event of the need for emergency coverage.
