Job DescriptionThe Transformation Coordinator supports continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization as assigned. Facilitates effective, efficient team functions in the delivery of goals and objectives as identified by the Transformation Guiding Team. Schedules training sessions, rapid improvement project workshops and other meetings that help to drive cultural transformation at UM SJMC.The Transformation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Transformation Office in an administrative function.
