JOB SUMMARYThe Staffing Support Specialist assists in the management and coordination of Nursing and institutional resources to ensure effective patient care and Nursing operations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEPerforms various administrative functions in partnership with management to ensure smooth and effective operations.Acts as liaison with ancillary departments such as Environmental Services, Maintenance, Transportation, and Food and Nutrition to ensure that staff and patient needs are met.Assists nursing management by making hospital rounds, responding to emergency codes, and communicating with staff as needed.Implements and completes processes for accurate documentation, reporting, and disposi
