SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Practice Site Manager is responsible for the pleasant and efficient operation of the practice in order to provide quality patient care and service. This is accomplished by adhering to the practice's philosophy statement, policies and procedures and maintaining open communication channels between and with Providers, Clinical Supervisor, Medical Office Supervisor and other Managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Associate's Degree
• Two (2) years of practice site management or progressive business related leadership, supervisory, or management experience required. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of the educational requirement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Prior supervisory experience in a medical office preferred. 
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
