Under the supervision of the Supervisor Risk Management provides technical support to Risk Management in the review of clinical care provided to patients, including review of patient safety/risk events, as well as medical staff and nursing peer review. Provides data abstraction, analysis and reporting of trends. EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in an Acute Care environment. Data Management proficiency skills are preferred EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Nursing LICENSURE: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri SPECIAL SKILLS: Microsoft Office: Word and Excel preferred Symplr and Diligent experience desired Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
