Min = $62,613.88
Mid = $78,267.35
Max = $93,920.82

Summary:

The HR Operations Generalist performs a variety of Human Resources services at the professional level including, but not limited to operational tasks related to analytics, benefits, recognition, and compensation to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Utilizes available resources and data to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgement that is consistent with practices, policies, procedures, regulations and government laws. Ensures compliance of personnel files to maintain the organization's accreditations and state surveys.

Responsibilities:

Partners with key Human Resources team members to research, resolve issues, and complete assigned projects, and make recommendations in accordance with policies, practices, and procedures.

Assists in the research and preparation of required and supporting documentation for Human Resources related tasks including accreditation and state surveys as well as HRIS data integrity.

Serves as a resource and lead with the Human Resources Operations team.

Manages HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Other information:

REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field

PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and 1 year human resources or healthcare experience. Human Resources Certification preferred
