Job Description Principal Accountabilities:1. Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments as required.2. Answering patient's questions regarding basic medical tests and procedures.3. Providing instructions to patients to ensure that they are prepared for examinations and procedures.4. Confirming patient appointments.5. Courteously receive incoming telephone calls and attend to messages as needed.6. Explaining prior authorization requirements and obligations to patients7. Scheduling follow-up appointments8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
