Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced nursing leader to join our team, as the Manager of the newly opened Pediatric Emergency Department at our Arrowhead Campus Community Hospital. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a passion for emergency care, capable of overseeing departmental operations in a rapidly changing environment, while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. The manager will provide support and oversight for both supervisory and frontline clinical team members that includes approximately 55 FTE’s.
