Job Summary
Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking board certified/board eligible family medicine, internal medicine, and med/peds trained physicians for an outpatient primary care opportunity in beautiful Jersey Shore, Pa.Job Duties
At work, you will experience:
Outpatient only clinic schedule – variable work week
Physician/APP panel sharing model
Nurse call center to assist with on-call workload
Nurse coordinators support high needs patients
Centralized prescription refill team
Interdisciplinary team and quick access to specialty services
Epic EMR – universal throughout Geisinger
We take pride in the support we provide our physicians:
Compensation – competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience
Up to $250k recruitment incentives
Residency/Fellowship stipend – up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation
Geography Stipend – up to 20k at specific clinics
Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
Fully paid relocation
401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
Academic involvement with medical students and residents

Jersey Shore, PA: Jersey Shore, located in Lycoming County, is the Gateway to the Pine Creek Valley. Businesses on North Route 44 Hwy: Up the Crick - Wine & Antiques, Venture Inn, Poust Taxidermy, and Santino's Pine Creek Inn. Activities in the Pine Creek Valley: wine tasting and dining, kayak/canoe, hike/bike, camping, hunt/fish, and motorcycle riding.
