Additional Information

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Scope of practice- EUS, ERCP, EMR and General GI
• Anticipated start date- August 1, 2025
• Preferred Qualifications: Have successfully completed a 3-year general GI fellowship training program with or without ERCP and EUS training (incorporated into those 3 years), and successfully completed an additional year of advanced GI endoscopy fellowship training.
  • Procedures: EUS (with FNA, use of Axios stents, cyst-gastrostomies), EMR, ERCP (with spy glass, with EHL), endoscopy with endoluminal stent placement, general GI procedures (EGDs, colonoscopies, flexible sigmoidoscopies, PEG tube placements, paracentesis (rarely).
  • Clinic: General GI knowledge, including the treatment and management of common GI conditions including GERD, dyspepsia, MASLD, IBD - ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, cirrhosis, hepatitis-B and C, and disorders of brain gut interaction.

Our area offers both the urban/suburban experience of the Woodland Hills Medical Center and the distinctly bi-cultural, small-town feel of the Ventura County medical office. A family medicine residency program at the medical center adds an academic vibrancy.
