DescriptionPlease enter info hereRequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION:  Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy. Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required. CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Licensed Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in the State of New Mexico. Licensed Pharmacist Clinician (PhC) by the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy Registered as a Pharmacist Clinician with the Board of Medicine to exercise prescriptive authority in accordance with current/active guidelines or protocols as defined by the Pharmacist  Prescriptive Authority Act,   Section 61-11B-1 through 61-11B-3 NMSA and 16.19.4.17 NMAC-RnCertification in B
