DescriptionSummary:The Business Operations Engineer I will guide and support efforts to ensure Performance Excellence programs are developed and managed using a data driven focus which sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. The Business Operations Engineer I role is at the center of critical efforts to continuously evolve the organization and make impactful changes. This is a hands-on role, diving deep to understand the current situation and processes utilizing critical thinking to understand root causes, recommend changes and new designs. This position deals with highly sensitive and confidential information and interacts with internal and external customers at all levels throughout the organization.
