Nemours is seeking a Care Coordinator RN for our Cardiology department. The Cardiac Center Nurse (RN) Coordinator is responsible for providing specialized professional nursing care to patients with complex congenital heart disease by providing direct and indirect care in collaboration with the physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, social workers, genetic counselors, nutrition services and other clinical staff including but not limited to admission and discharge planning of all patients admitted to the comprehensive cardiac care unit.
