Nemours is seeking an Operations Manager in our Cardiac Department. This position oversees the administrative and business operational activities of their assigned division(s) within the Cardiac Center by working collaboratively with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure operational success. Essential Functions: Works with the AVP, Service Line Administrator, Directors, and Managers to provide administrative and business operational oversight within assigned division(s). In collaboration with the AVP, Service Line Administrator, Division Chief and AVP, Nursing and clinical operations is responsible for developing operating and capital budgets including but not limite
