What the Role Offers:

• Full-time position with 12-hour shifts (7a-7p / 7p-7a)

• No call--enjoy true work-life balance

• Always two pediatricians on shift--no solo coverage

• Clinical responsibilities include:

  • Pediatric Emergency Department care

  • Coverage of Level II-A Special Care Nursery

  • Well Baby Nursery and inpatient pediatric unit (10 beds)

  • Attending deliveries as needed

• Epic EMR in place for streamlined care coordination

• Teach and mentor third-year pediatric residents, family medicine residents, and medical students rotating through the hospital
