SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This role serves as CE Database Support and is responsible for organizing and managing the clinical engineering computerized maintenance management system and activities for Penn State Health (and all its entities). Also, responsible for the coordination of various aspects of the clinical engineering team. This role enables the internal technician to focus on his/her repair orders and preventative maintenance and provides support in PO processes, provides detailed reports and provides administrative support for the department. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Three (3) years related experience in Administrative Associate, Office Manager, etc. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• MS Office Suite especially Excel
• Nuvolo experience
• INFOR system experience
