Oasis is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Major Gift Manager to play a key role in advancing our individual, corporate, and foundation giving efforts during an exciting time of growth. This position is an integral part of the dynamic Oasis Advancement team and will work closely with the Chief Advancement Officer and Senior Leadership Team to strengthen and expand our philanthropic impact in the St. Louis region.
Must be located in the greater St. Louis region.
Overview

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Manages team of major gifts officers in cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift prospects and donors.
Responsibilities
Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
Solicits individual major gift prospects for capital, endowment, and programmatic gifts.
Manages a portfolio of individual major gift prospects for annual operations.
Oversees cultivation and recognition events for major donors.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree
