Job Description The Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Clinical Pharmacist position will provide pharmacotherapeutic support to the pediatric and adult patients living with cystic fibrosis in the ambulatory care setting. The CF clinical pharmacist will ensure optimal medication use, support adherence, and actively contribute to individualized care planning while working alongside pulmonologists, nurses, dietitians, respiratory therapists, and social workers as part of an accredited Cystic Fibrosis Care Center.
